4.1 For Businesses: Value Food provides a platform for businesses to list and sell surplus food. Businesses agree to provide accurate information about their surplus food, including pricing and collection details.

4.2 For Consumers: Value Food allows consumers to purchase surplus food from businesses. Consumers agree to adhere to the terms set by the businesses for collection and use of the food.

5.1 Fees: Value Food charges a service fee on transactions with consumers. The fee structure is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

5.2 Payments: Businesses will receive payouts for their transactions on a monthly basis. All payment details must be provided accurately to ensure timely payments.

5.3 Refunds and Disputes: All transactions are final. Refunds are not provided unless specified by the business. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the business.

6.1 Permitted Use: You agree to use Value Food only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
